fees and payment

Fees are inclusive of GST at 15% and are payable two weeks in advance. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, eft-pos, automatic payment or internet banking. Please include the family reference code (printed on invoices) on your internet banking transaction to ensure credit is allocated to the correct family. Overdue fees will incur interest.

For children receiving 20 Hours ECE funding for enrolled hours totaling 20 hours or less, any additional charges other than late penalties are optional. Please refer to the Enrolment Agreement Form for explanation and schedule of these charges. Regular booked hours will be charged regardless of whether your child is absent, arrives late or is collected early. 

​

As there is a high demand for spaces, especially in the Beehive classroom, those with outstanding accounts may lose their place in the Preschool. All accounts are required to be kept up to date. Any fees that remain unpaid after due date will incur a 10% penalty for each week they remain unpaid. If an account remains unpaid after two weeks a child may be removed from the roll at the discretion of the Centre Manager. Any collection costs will be added to the child’s account.

We require two week notice of termination of booking otherwise two weeks fees will be charged.

late fees

For early and late casual care between the hours of 8.30am - 9.00am and 3.00pm - 3.30pm there will be an additional charge equivalent to an extra half hour of their normal hourly rate.

 

Unarranged late pick ups incur a $1 late fee for every minute until 3:30pm. Children collected after this time will incur a $2 late fee for every minute.

ministry of education funding

 

As a licensed early childhood Preschool, we receive funding through the Ministry of Education. This money, along with parent fees, childcare subsidies and administration charges is used to pay staff wages, staff training, administration expenses, art supplies and new equipment. We value your support with fundraising.

ece 20 hours free

​

Our Preschool is offering this funding scheme to 3 and 4 year olds who are enrolled for 3 days or more. Depending on the hours available in the Preschool, your child may be eligible to receive this service. If your child is away for three weeks or more, or is frequently absent during the month, your child's funding may be cancelled and you will subsequently be charged full rates. For clarification, please discuss with management.

winz childcare subsidy

 

A Work and Income (WINZ) childcare subsidy may be available for children 3 years who are attending at least three hours per week. Children 3 years and over who are receiving the 20 free hours funding may also be eligible for this subsidy if they are attending longer hours. Please ask us for more information.
